Rules I Live By

- Sweat six times a week.  Do it.  You need it for health but your mind and spirit need the endorphins!

- Always have something to look forward to.

- One cheat meal a week.  Any more than that, and you'll feel like crap.

- Make a to do list and stick to it.

- Schedule your workouts like you schedule anything else.   If you plan to "fit it in" when you can,  you'll never do it.

-  Pay it forward.  What goes around comes around.

- Drink wine.

- Make time for friends.  You'll need them.

-Especially funny friends.  You'll definitely need them.

-Avoid toxic people.  Don't get sucked in.  

- Make time for what you love.  It's good for the soul.  

- Be nice to people.  You never know what people are going through.

- Drink 8-10 oz of water a day.

-Try to live life light heartedly.  Really, not much is a big deal in the grand scheme of things.

-And when things are a big deal...This too shall pass.

- Never, ever take your health for granted.

- Always have healthy snacks available.   If you don't plan, you'll fail.  Promise. 

- Don't eat crappy carbs.  Unless it's planned and special.  But never on a random Tuesday because you feel like it. Don't.

- Say your prayers and count your blessings.

  4. Love this blog girl! So inspiring and helping me to fill in the Advocare pieces I need. I still want to pick your brain tho. Soooo, I know you can't drink wine during the Challenge. When you are not doing the Challenge, do you only drink wine on your cheat day? Just curious BBC I'm thinking I need to cut back some wine to ose these last couple of lbs...

I do my best to make healthy choices but I also believe that life is short and it's meant to be lived. If I feel like having a glass of wine and have made good choices the rest of the day, I have wine!
